Kelly Carrigan is a graduate of Mooresville High School and North Carolina State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy. Additionally, she holds her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Winston-Salem State University and is a registered nurse. She heads up Carrigan Farms’ farm-to-table restaurant and catering operation. Her commitment to using fresh ingredients picked right off the farm and skill at mixing flavors help her create delicious farm-to-table dishes.
In addition to the restaurant, Kelly utilizes her healthcare background to lead the farm’s staff and guest health and safety initiatives and aquatics program. Her years spent as an intensive care nurse and certified case manager, plus her work as lifeguarding instructor trainer, have been instrumental in ensuring that all staff and guests have a safe and enjoyable experience on the land and in the water.
When she’s not working, Kelly enjoys spending time with family.
