Pumpkin Picking FAQ's

Pumpkin Picking

Pumpkin picking begins September 30, 2023. Mark your calendars because the search for the great pumpkin will be in full swing this October. Whether you’re looking for a big round orange pumpkin, a more oblong one, or one with a little green still visible, we’re sure you’ll find it here.

Carrigan Farms grows acres and acres of jack-o-lantern pumpkins every fall. Customers will get to experience picking their pumpkin right off the vine! Join us for this once-a-year, time honored tradition. The vines are slightly prickly, so gardening gloves / pocket knife make cutting yours off the vine a little easier.

Each trip to the pumpkin patch includes a hayride to the petting zoo and pumpkin field. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for being on a working farm. Closed toed shoes or boots are recommended.

To schedule a school field trip, please contact us. Include your preferred date/ time, # of students, and contact information in the email.
