Prom

Experience prom under the stars at Carrigan Farms. The Quarry at Carrigan Farms is a magical outdoor venue for all-inclusive, turn-key proms that include both the venue and dining. Enjoy a farm-to-table meal on our white sand beach with the cascading waterfall as the backdrop. Dinner, photography and a professional DJ are included in our competitively priced packages. When the sun sets, the Quarry’s cliffs are illuminated in your choice of color(s).

The authenticity and uniqueness of the Quarry are a sharp contrast to traditional prom venues. Proms begin at approximately 5:30 in the evening with arrival portraits and hors d’oeuvres followed by a feast of charcoal grilled rib-eye and beef tenderloin, grilled chicken breast and farm-fresh side items. With tables situated on the beach, students enjoy al fresco dining and mingling. Once night falls, the party begins. The dance floor comes alive as the DJ mixes all the favorite songs. Meanwhile, students meet with the photographer for individual, couple and group photos in front of the waterfall. The photos are available within moments for them to download and share. Digital copies are provided to the school after the event for distribution and retouching is available for an additional fee.

Our large pavilion is heated and enclosed with patio style sides through mid-April, after that all the sides are open.

One chaperone is complimentary per twenty-five attendees. Swimming is prohibited at prom events. Additionally, 95% of the Carrigan Farms staff are lifeguards and will intervene to prevent swimming if necessary. The staff also includes registered nurses and EMT’s.

Strawberry picking begins in late April. Open swim begins in late May and is available all summer. Apple picking begins in September. The pumpkin patch and haunted trail are open in October and we are currently taking reservations for weddings, company picnics and Christmas parties.
